I ordered the size based off my measurements for my bust because that was the most important place to fit right. For reference, I am 5'4" and 120 lbs and 40D. The bottoms were way too big and looked like a loaded diaper, even after tightening them as far as they go. The top only covered half of my boobs. Either half my boob was hanging out the bottom of the top or most of my boobs and nipples were spilling over the top.
