Some of the newer curtains come with a place to attach these. If not, you can easily sew several stitches with a needle and thread, and hook the pull rod there. **Q: Bought these so my very short daughter can open/close her own curtains. The curtains are grommet-top. How can I attach them?** A: Get a package of clear shower curtain hooks. The ones that are fat on the top, and thinner in the bottom, the have the little hook on the side to get them in on the rod, place one of them behind the second grommet on each curtain, clip the drapery rod to the shower hook curtain, and pull wand to close or open. **Q: Will they work on turning blinds?** A: no it won't work on the turning blinds which is what I have so was very disappointed. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Longest I've found, Sturdy. *by B***C on Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2015* Almost exactly what I needed. Would have preferred a darker color, but this is the only one I could find that were this long. (heavy curtain, near the top of a high ceiling, short wife). Used with some long and heavy room darkening curtains, standard 1" dia. rod with curtain rings. They are light but plenty sturdy with no flex in the rod, and were easy to hook onto the curtain rings.
