    I've gotten better hoops from the dollar store

If I could give this negative stars I would. I've gotten better hoops from the dollar store. So cheap. Came in a tiny box all cramped up can't even get it flat! The picture of this piece of garbage don't even show how horrible this is. You can't even move your hand around the hoop without the thin paper coming off and exposing the pipe. Buyer beware you will 100% be unsatisfied.
