Ik heb ontdekt dat je eerst het ronde deel waar de sensor zit het ronde papiertje rondom los moet treken zodat er geen papierresten mee scheuren die er lastig af te halen zijn. Vervolgens het papier aan beide zijden verwijderen. En dan de pleister over de sensor plakken. Tot nu toe lukt het om max 5 dagen de pleister op de sensor te houden maar meestal maar 2-3 dagen voordat het los begint te laten. Ik ga deze niet meer kopen want voor 14 dagen komt dit gemiddeld uit op 3-4 euro pleisters per sensor.
