This powder mixes with water and oil into a thin batter thicker feeling than eggs. Not 'gooey' either, more like a batter. I;m still experimenting. Anyway, it's mostly acceptable and I'll buy it again.Anyway, for an omelet or scramble, it's pretty OK. Just Eggs worked 'sort of'. Especially if you include sauteed onions and or mushrooms, something which has power and will color pretty much anything. Bt with more subtle flavors, or by itself as scrambled eggs substitute, it's a non starter because of the flavor, which I've given up buying.Back to this product, flavor wise this stuff works acceptably. About as good as it's going to get, I suspect. And certainly beats nothing! Anyway, today, I folded it into an English muffin with a slice of lightly pan fried ham and simulated an Egg McMuffin with astonishingly good results. Definitely better than nothing.Bottom line? There are many ways to enjoy eggs if I'm willing to pay the price of bellyache and runs, classed as not-fun so I avoid doing.
