They come with the ability to control two sets of lights, the upper and lower. These shoes are to be charged with a usb charger, which is rather unusual for a shoe. The lights can be changed to be a solid color that you can scroll through and choose. You can also have it flash in a variety of styles. Since the lights are independently controlled, you can have the top be different colors or styles than the lower lights. The shoes themselves are very comfortable and not too heavy. The silver is reflective instead of just a flat color.
