Also, the top sits on a very narrow ledge when it is mated to the box. The result is, that if you tighten the screw too far, the top pulls down and overlaps the box. Tighten a little more, and the screw pulls through the top. This happened to me after I put a lot of work into cutting holes for the parts I mounted, so I had to add a flat washer with a longer screw to hold the top on. Not pretty, but it worked.Another thing to note is that the sides are ribbed to hold pc boards. You don't have a flat surface inside for mounting any switches or jacks. Quality of the molding is very good. There are ribs or channels on the inside designed to accept PC boards and the like so be aware of that as it may impact your needs. I knew it would have these as most all do. I failed to consider how the ribs would impact the installation of 3 small toggle switches. I could grind them off in the areas I need but will just keep it for a future application. This was my oversight and does not at all reflect on the seller or the product as I new about the ribs.
