I have a had mine for several years and use with a bench rest rifle (223) I have put perhaps 5000-10000 rounds thru this with no issues. Be sure to slide it back and forth in order to find the place that you get no jams, line if up so it is right at the opening of the ejector door.I have use this with 223 as well as 50 Beowulf with no issues. After a couple years I saw that the rail that you slide into the rail on the ar15 was a bit wobbly. As noted in another review, the netting is held in place with velcro, remove it, tighten the two small allen screws, put the netting back on and your back in business. I am not sure if th people who have the netting melting are shooting full auto or bumpfire, but even with rapid fire, I have never had this issue.I would imagine if it did start to melt you can sew a small piece of canvas or even leather from a welding glove at which point you will never have that issue.Be sure to buy the additional adapters so that you can use on multiple rifles.
