The user β€œmanual” was useless so I called the manufacturer. This is the best customer service ever! We discovered there was a glitch between the interface and my iPhone. After a few conversations Friday night, I was assured that engineers would have this resolved by Monday morning. Got the call Monday that the software update was ready. It had installed automatically on my phone. I was walked through the best ways to use the device and it performs exactly as advertised. I recommended better written instructions and a user video.
