**Q: What is turmeric for**
A: Turmeric is very good for inflammation and pain relief. I use it for carpal tunnel syndrome which it is often recommended for. This is a particularly good one as it has black pepper and ginger in it as well which are "hot" herbs and ease pain. BTW I'm a herbalist so I know from experience about different types of herbs and their use. Good luck.

A: Just be aware that these actually contain 58mg of curcumin (turmeric extract), not the 2000mg displayed on the package - that's the approximate amount of turmeric processed. So they're actually around one tenth the potency of 500mg curcumin products.

**Q: Is there pipeline in these tablets and how much**
A: Tablets are tiny but you could crush them I wouldn’t chew as taste of curry powder
