I purchased this tablet for work use on zoom meetings. I thought I was getting what's advertised but it's obvious it's not a as pictured. I noticed that while everything was packaged well, there were small scratches and dirt smudges on the tablet, with what looks like a orange/tan powder along the "protective plastic on the screen". I turned it on to '25% battery' which it should have been a brand new start up intro jingle, nope. So I went to to settings to see that the cache and items had been used at one point and that there was an additional app downloaded that was jot factor setting level, which is reported as a Scam software app online and when I ran the tablet with internet and began downloading my anti virus software it imminently popped up as malicious software app and asked me to UNINSTALL it.While the price is reasonable and it is written that you are getting a brand new product - you may have an infected used/return item that has been tampered with. SOOOO BE CAREFUL AND CLEAN/SCAN IT BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR INFO IN IT.Video and photos coming, work calls. But wanted to make sure I got this warning in. I don't think the sellars know what happens when they get return items they resell.

Battery doesn’t last too long. But only use it for communication with a single device, kept it off the Web.

The tablet is slow and the touchscreen isn't reliable, often have to press the letters on the digital keyboard multiple times.

Bought for son to do his school programs and to play games...The first week it would not stay connected to wifi and battery wouldn't hold long. the second week it performed better... The third week it's battery percentage would rapidly die dropping from 40% to completely dead and auto shutting down without warning to 0%... NOW it is working well... I was going to return it.. However, I decided to keep it, considering the price and my son really wants. Hopefully we can get atleast a year out of it... I mean for the price, a year is a good value... Overall it looks good, sounds good and serves it purpose. I believe with a little patience and prayer... all will be well with it... They also offer a extended warranty... so, give it a try...

The screen and audio are both clear. Key board has to be charged separately which took me a bit to figure out. Mouse does not work. I don't use cameras so can't comment on them. Seems a bit flimsy if one were to be carrying it around but mine stays in the same place. For the price it's an okay deal.

Great price great product

I regret buying this. From the first week I bought it, it would restart on it's own and it did it again just now. Something weird happens with the background colors and you are unable to use the tablet. I have to restart it every time that happens. Also, while using it, the apps will crash and the tablet will ask you to close the app or wait. I want to throw it... in the trash... and have my money fly back up into my hand. I bought this for my business and I read the reviews before I did. It's cute, but cute doesn't help me with my business. I want my money back. I'm annoyed, but I'd be wasting the 5 mins of use that I get for the $100 that i spent if I throw it. Great... it just shut down again while I was typing this. 🙄

Great tablet for my daughter. Shes been through 2 fire tablets which she gave up on using due to 1) the app store. The selection just simply isn't on par with Google. 2) Speed. Her other tablets were painfully slow in processing power. This is not an iPad or Galaxy Tab but works really good. At the price point and performance you can't beat it. On top of that it comes with a case, bluetooth mouse and keyboard.
