One other thing that I have found that may be of help to other Neuropathy sufferers, I am Diabetic, I have lost all sensation in my feet and lower legs, I tend to get terrible nerve pain in my left toes that will come on every 2 to 3 weeks. However, the last time it flared up it was particularly painful. I was lay in bed trying to ease it by moving my foot around and bending my toes etc when I felt a twinge of pain in my ankle! Gives some good heat and relief. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reduces peripheral and sciatic nerve irritation *by W***Y on 7 November 2025* I bought this cream as i'd already tried the neuropathic cream which i found greasy and had no effect whatsoever. I suffer from peripheral nerve damage in both soles of my feet which means that they feel freezing cold all of the time and are numb and have severe tingling running down the nerves. It can drive you absolutely round the twist, some days worse than others especially when the weather is cold and damp. A hot water bottle does help but eventually you have to leave the house at some stage. I've had different medications from my GP including Pregabalin, Gabapentin and Nefopam which did nothing apart from make me feel groggy and addicted to them. I ordered Capsicum as a last resort and rubbed some on each buttock as i was convinced that the sciatic pain started there. Within 10 minutes a lovely heating sensation radiated down the nerves and the tingling reduced very much so, not completely but bearable. I would recommend this product sciatic nerve pain radiaiting all of the way into the feet.
