It leaves a bit of a texture but if you like a very smooth finish it might not be a good fit. i was able to paint a large dresser and 2 night stand giving a couple of coats. Its a small can. Then did two coats for a complete coverage look with a roller instead of a “milkier look” with a brush. I did buy 1 quart for this project and probably used half of it. The paint dried pretty fast!
