Review: Very flavorful - I was skeptical at first, as I have had some bad experiences with pre packaged broths/sauces. This was very flavorful and not overly salty or spicy. Makes a really good hot pot sauce, also just perfect for ramen bowls. I was fond of how convenient it is to use and modify to suit your taste. You can easily make additions to enhance whatever flavors you want or change it up a bit. Will be ordering more in the other flavors to see which one I like the best

**Q: When is the expiration date for the pack?**
A: Mine expire on 11/13/2012. I am not overly concerned about keeping several months longer. It contains spice packets and chili oil.

**Q: Are all the soup bases gluten free?**
A: I think so. But not positive. Sure is good though!!!

**Q: where is this product made?**
A: It is made in China and not Mongolia. Hot Pot was invented in Mongolia but is now an addiction in western China, in Sichuan province and the city if Chongqing. Little Sheep is a restaurant chain in mainland China.

**Q: How hot is hot?  Super spicy it numbs my mouth?**
A: It's pretty spicy.  The only peppercorns that are in there will definitely numb your mouth but it's a welcoming feeling.  

On another note, I do not recommend buying here on Amazon.  The packages I purchased from this platform were spoiled.  If you have access to an Asian Grocery store that would be the best option.  If not, maybe only buy a single pack first to see if my spoilage was a unique experience.
