We'd grown used to an older style faucet with two knobs, versus this single joystick control, so there was a learning curve involved at first. But not that we're accustomed to it, we love it! The extension hose is weighted and retracts through gravity smoothly and reliably. The fit and finish are class A. If your old faucet has a side sprayer, be sure and buy a 2" plug color matched plug for the hole that will be left in the sink when you remove the sprayer.

We'd grown used to an older style faucet with two knobs, versus this single joystick control, so there was a learning curve involved at first. But not that we're accustomed to it, we love it! The extension hose is weighted and retracts through gravity smoothly and reliably. The fit and finish are class A. Thai faucet is awesome for two reasons. The first is the nut design and included plastic wrench. It makes struggling with faucet wrenches a thing of the past. The second is the warranty. If you have an issue they will send you a replacement part free of charge. I have many moen faucets in multiple properties that they have never let me down.
