If not how long does it take to spoil?** A: The product is shipped frozen. In the freezer you have a year shelf life, and in your fridge 20-30 days. **Q: Is it sugar free** A: All of the muscle eggs are really good. The sugar count is not high at all, maybe 1-3 grams I'm not real sure but I know it's low. It's a great product to use as a substitute for making egg white when trying to eat healthy. I trained for a fitness completion this past year and my trainer turned me onto these bc I was getting sick of eating egg whites every morning. This is so easy and fast. Just pour and go.
