I have the 25lb plate which has similar dimensions as the Go Ruck I have used it in my current rucksack and its great and I expect it will fit the go Ruck when I get it in three weeks

Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment.
