They are very similar. The Group has been updated a little. You can not buy the CC3000e new for Logitech any longer. It has been replaced by the Group unit. **Q: Does it include a case to hold all the components?** A: Not unless you count the box it comes in. **Q: I've seen some feedback that this is a good set up for huddle sized rooms.
