I used it to wrap over a half a potato or half a small banana and it worked well. The medium ones are perfect to wrap over a whole large avocado and it keeps SO well - no weird taste, even better than the plastic wrap or foil I had been using before. The large is perfect for wrapping a loaf of bread. It sticks to itself well and has kept by bread loaf super fresh (after wrapping in beesewax, i put it in a linen bag) and still keep in the fridge. The Large is perfect for a small or medium loaf and for an extra long loaf like I buy, i just wrap two together to cover the whole thing. Like others said, easy to clean. Just cold water gets most of any food (avocado for example) off super easily and for anything more stubborn, a tiny bit of soap and water does the trick. Just rinse super well and lay out to dry and it's ready to reuse again. I def need more now and can't see myself buying plastic / seal again.
