Optimize is an excellent, well-written and easy to understand book about "Optimizing" your health as a priority and a lifestyle. Matt offers practical insights and examples on how to "right the ship". I believe it is a must read for all ages, lifestyles and medical challenges. I myself have heart issues and found it to be a great refresher and primer on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices on diet, exercise and focus. I highly recommend Optimize for your health and as a gift of health for your family and friends.

Saw Matt speak in Dallas. The book is common sense and an easy read. I’ve been sending them to clients and friends. Lost seven to eight pounds in two weeks and beer is still very present in my diet…just not after 7pm 5 days a week.

There is SO much (mis)information out there about wellness that it’s difficult to know what to believe. Mr. Kansy has distilled years of experience, research, and knowledge down to basic, solid facts that can be used to improve one’s health and wellness, one small change at a time. His genuine concern for the wellness of others comes across in this book. If you’re looking for little ways to make big improvements on your path to wellness, this is a GREAT place to start!!
