I ordered a size medium and it fits perfectly. I wear a size 8 and measured in small, however went with a medium. I wear the splint in the day when moving around on crutches as it provides good protection. The 3 Velcro straps are strong and well made. The Velcro can be placed tight or looser depending on preference. I highly recommend this splint for anyone needing to stabilize and alleviate pain or recovering from ankle surgery. The quality is excellent and a great value for the price. The 90 degree angle stabilizes the foot well.

This brace is really comfortable. It's a little bulkier than some, but that's worth it for the comfort. My only problem is that the low, cross-foot brace comes loose sometimes in the night. Even when it does the brace still provides the necessary support. Also, you can walk around the house with it on if you need to get up in the night, like I sometimes do.
