I like the whole package. The video instructor is excellent. Each movement is carefully explained and demonstrated. The book provides pictures and instructions to help complete what might be missing. I was turned off Tai Chi when I couldn't follow the instructor's modelling of the movements at a community class.VIdeos alone weren't much better. Combining the video and the book is perfect.This is proving to be a perfect solution.

Finally, a complete Tai Chi program of tremendous quality!  Very well adapted for North American.  Helen Lang is a very good and deep teacher and the 2 DVD's are really easy to work with.  The book in this package is a fondamental complementary products to help understand the Art of this Martial And Holistic Health Tai Chi School Culture...
