Anyone who says they don't like fruit cake, probably hasn't tried Claxton. Claxton is the only fruitcake that I enjoy, other than the ones my mom used to make. In fact, Claxton tastes very much like her fruitcake used to. This fruitcake doesn't have any of that nasty peel in it. It's just a delicious cake filled with fruits and nuts!Plus this bulk package, which contains 4 individually wrapped 1lb loaves, is a fantastic bargain! You can slice one up and enjoy it when it arrives, and freeze the remainder to enjoy throughout the year, or pass each loaf out as a gift.
