The board used is not the best material, and a small part broke off as I removed it from the box. But, with that aside, once mounted (like a door frame chin up bar), and then properly locked in place with the provided hardware and my own speed-bag, it worked just fine. I used a speed bag years ago, and always remembered it as a good cardio, upper body workout. It's better than that. Five to ten minutes of tags, jabs, and rolling speed spurts will surprise you if you never boxed. Anyone can learn a rhythm to work with. The provided equipment, two cylinder shaped items that go on top of the board and tighten up against the inside top of the door frame reduced wall vibration to pretty much none! The swivel is crappy, as the bag would fly off in a second after hitting it, but instead of buying a new swivel, I used Gorilla tape and locked the open end of the swivel shut, and sprayed WD-40 on it for smooth play and less noise. It is easy to use and very easy to put in and take out. It actually solves a major problem of speed bags; that they are ugly. It takes about half a minute to put the whole thing in the door and to take it out. However, the wood used for the base is very cheap quality. It was already falling apart when I took it out of the box and started cracking completely when I was putting it together. I had to wrap tape all around it to make sure it does not crack in half. Very Impressed, it's about time someone started selling something like this. Was able to set it up in a matter of seconds and uninstalling it was just as easy. Very sturdy and stable, rebound boards works well also, very little vibration.
