I was recommended this book by a friend and How I love this book. I run two companies and was going away from execution and paying the price for it. This book actually helped me to go back to my roots and get more involved in the business.

You do have to stick with this one and filter out the gems. It was written 23 years ago, but men who were even then coming to the end of their careers. But, ignore the fact that it’s out of date from a language point of view and there is wisdom to be pulled out. The basic thought model is sound and worth using.
