Cracked both times. What am I doing wrong?** A: You need to provide more detail! Assuming you are using the correct bending die and technique, You are probably trying to bend copper pipe that is draw temper (hard) instead of annealed temper (soft). You may be able to annealing and quenching the the section of pipe you want to bend.
