Get rid of ear tear *by D***S on January 13, 2021* People who dont like masks to stretch your ears forward and cause pain, it will be very useful for them . You get 4 but all are same size. It fits to the last notch is for me as per my head size and my head size is average. So , I doubt it would fit people with big head unless the mask's string is very stretchable . However with my AirPods in my ears and a mask on my face my ears would hurt after like 3 hours of wear. This would make long flights absolutely miserable. With the mask behind my neck instead of around my ears I’ve been able to successfully wear one for a 9 hour flight with absolutely zero discomfort. I even cut the device at the marked area to make a smaller version of it that would seal the mask tighter on my face. This device is a lifesaver and I will not travel without it.
