There’s humour from Lloyds entrepreneurial wiggles to an old lady taking both Lloyd and Andi for £1000. Lloyds "why" is compelling and he shares his humble beginnings as well as the back to back tragedies. He’s honest and open about how he got into property and shares his journey highlighting the highs as well as the lows. A sizable portion of the book is dedicated to the nuts and bolts of property development, including topics like: construction methods; land valuation; tax\vat considerations; power team and planning. The latter part of the book takes you through the entire cycle from the 10 steps to finding land, to multiple exits. It concludes with some success stories from their mentees, which are an inspiration to us all.
