This product works! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reluctant to try and now convinced *by L***N on December 22, 2020* 49 yr old female who has a long history of mild anxiety and sleep issues. I committed to trying them to appease my significant other. I agreed to try them (all 28) for 28 nights. Here's what happened. I took it 1/2 hr prior to bed and for a week I didn't notice a real difference. During the second week I noticed I got a tiny bit more sleep, but then realized it was giving me a deeper sleep during those hours. The third week I noticed intermittent sleep (still woke briefly in the night), but again, more rested overall. I've now taken them for two months without fail and am convinced I'm getting more hours and better, more restful sleep overall. I've never responded to melatonin. This is a combination I totally believe in and will no doubt continue to take.
