Not bad if you like the grip but, quite honestly it's not rough enough for my liking. Recently I've gotten into custom stippling with a soldering iron on my gun bench. Once you handle a polymer pistol with a grip that's been stippled, you never want anything else. I bought these thinking they were real polymer. I don't know what they're made of but they don't respond to a hot soldering iron the way real polymer does. The result is a sub standard grip surface. I'm actually going to go back to my Hogue rubber grips until I can find a set that's made of the real stuff. I give them a 2 because they do fit a 1911 and they do have a textured grip but, I'm looking for a grip so rough it damn near sticks to your hands. Some reviewers said the grips were like sandpaper. Yea, if you have bankers hands and you're counting money all day. I'd rather buy plain grips and put friction skate board tape on them.
