The bottle is 500ml and you need to take 25ml daily which I measured out using my measuring spoons I usually use for cooking ingredients. On this basis, you only get 20 days supply. Would be much better and practical if it was 30 days.There is a definite taste to it more like a medicine type taste but not awful. Not everyone will like it but just depends on how sensitive and particular you are to taste. I was ok with it.You do have to fridge the bottle once opened and consume with in 2 months. Has oil like consistency . Hoping it will help my overall health and help my appearance.
