I was having really bad, stress related heart-burn about a week before my period hit and a week after it ended. It was ridiculous! I was also very moody and had tender breasts and headaches.After about two months of being on this I realized that when I took it regularly, my hormone related symptoms, including the heartburn(!), went away!I highly recommend this product and cannot live well without it.
