This facility does not have much that I can eat as a snack. In the Fall, one of the nurses brought me a bag of Winter Macs, which were very good. I also bought Red Delicious and they were wonderful as well. Since shopping trips are few and far between, I thought ordering them online would be ideal. But the apples are awful. They were very small and inside they are mushy, Not a good flavor, not what I am used to here in New England. They are very expensive for what and how they are. They MIGHT be okay to incorporate into a baking sort of dish. But not to sit and eat.
