**Q: How is this dried natto different than the fresh?**
A: It is more like a snack. More like eating peanuts

**Q: Is it a GMO product?**
A: Greetings:  I cannot definitively say that this is, or is not, a GMO product.  After having spent a lot of time in Japan, I imagine that this natto, and most other natto products are free from GMO.  The Japanese take natto seriously, and so my feeling is that this product contains only natural components.  I am sorry I could not give you a definitive answer.  I will ask some friends in Japan, and if I do get an answer, I will send this to you.  D

**Q: How many packets in total?**
A: I think there are 20.  I eat them so fast I don't count.

**Q: Calories in each individual pack?**
A: The writing was in Japanese, and I honestly don't have a clue.  My best guess is the calorie count of an equal amount of soybeans.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The flavor of regular natto, but portable and less messy.

The product comes as a bag of little single-serving, snack-sized packages of dried, slightly crunchy soybeans, similar to airline peanuts but definitely their own flavor. They really do keep the flavor of fresh natto despite being dry, surprising me just how well they hold up. They don't leave the fingers sticky, just mildly dusty like peanuts. Packages are a little on the small side I think for a normal American snack size, but they're not inadequate. The rich flavor makes up a bit for the small portion size. They are kind of pricey for the size too, but between the shelf life and the convenience, I do plan to get these again.
