Review: Super - I have never used cast iron pan before and was a bit skeptical. However, this product changed my perspective. I have been using this pan for almost 2 years and got no complains. I use less than a quarter tea spoon of cooking oil for each paniyaram and never had issue of sticking. Works same a non stick pan.

This is the first time I tried cast iron paniyaram pan after listening bad affects of non stick… If you are used to non stick pans cast iron initially won’t be that easy.. as I believe non stick is for lazy people who can’t put much effort to health .. However after rinsing my pan thrice with hot water and scrubbing with salt and brush it was good to go.. oiling is needed before and after cooking.. Once it was heated trust me paniyaram were so easy to cook.. they did not stick .. I had best pannniyaram ever
