My husband puts a days worth of his medication inside to keep at work for emergencies or when he forgets his everyday pillbox. It’s small enough to fit in the palm of my small hands but holds a decent amount of smaller pills/tablets. Easy to toss on a drawer, purse or pocket. Closing it is a bit tricky the first time as you do need to line it up taking the handle into consideration. I didn’t have to, but you may consider bending the handle out a bit if it’s troublesome. It seems well made with an o ring to keep your pills dry, it’s not super easy to unscrew so should be secure. I would’t trust the metal ring to safely hold it as a necklace, it seems more decorative. Review: Its PERFECT!! - This is a awesome pill container, and I looked over a lot of different options and came to the conclusion that this pill keeper would be the best option for my needs, which is to Be able to keep somebody from stealing them from me! This pill keeper allows me to do that. Thanks to its circular carabiner clip, and side O screw. It is solid and durable, barely weighs anything, super easy to use and carry, and as\nFar as how it opens, I guess that is in the eyes of the beholder.I think it screws on very tight. And you have to apply a good amount of pressure to unscrew it, but I think that is perfect. So in my opinion , it opens extremely easy. But another might say the opposite. All in all , I m extremely satisfied , and I would definitely recommend, oh , and it will hold at least a hundred and twenty motrin sized pills, probably more. ## Features - HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL - The waterproof bottle adopts top grade 6061 aviation aluminum alloy and with military-grade ultra-precision CNC cutting technology, sturdy compact, smooth to touch, built to last. - EXCELLENT AIR TIGHTNESS - The upper and lower caps with rubber O-ring to ensure the ultra excellent air tightness, 100% waterproof and smell proof, effectively isolates moisture from the air. - EXCELLENT STORAGE PERFORMANCE - Easily store all kinds of small items such as pills, capsules, matches, coins, money, earbuds, U-disk, fishing gear, spices, herbs or other accessories. - WIDELY APPLICATION - Portable stash jar with key ring, easy to use, perfect choice for various outdoor activities such as Camping, Fishing, Hiking, Adventure, Backpacking, etc. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08D36K5W2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #74,619 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #530 in Personal Pill Organizers | | Brand | edcfans | | Brand Name | edcfans | | Color | Black | | Container Type | Box | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 2,480 Reviews | | Included Components | 1*Pill case | | Item Shape | Rectangle | | Item Weight | 1.87 ounces | | Manufacturer | edcfans | | Material | Metal | | Material Type | Metal | | Number of Compartments | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Survival Camping Travel | | Package Information | Box | | Reminder | False | | Special Feature | Survival Camping Travel | | UPC | 825687337382 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** edcfans - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Metal - **Package Information:** Box - **Special Feature:** Survival Camping Travel ## Images ![Pill Holder Keychain - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71R3WsELVgL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect small pill case *by C***K on April 28, 2026* This is a great option for someone looking for a fun but small pill box. It’s very durable and sturdy. It holds a large amount and variety of medications. It’s compact and not too large to put on a key ring or with other keychains or in a pocket or purse. It’s very secure except for if you accidentally loosen the key ring from the lid of the keychain itself. That can cause it to come apart in that one area. Perhaps some glue or resin where the screw goes into the key ring portion would sure that. It’s easy to open and takes some turning to do so, but that provides extra confidence in it not accidentally opening or coming loose when it’s in a pocket or keychain. I received one as a gift and I have bought one to gift. I think this pill container is wonderful and I absolutely would buy more if I had the need to again in the future. Mine has withstood over 3 years of use so far. I definitely recommend getting one if you’re in the market. ## Frequently Bought Together - EDC Waterproof Container Pill Case/Holder/Cash Stash Keychain Fob with Key Ring, Emergency Accessory Organizer Bottle Matches Dry Box, Cool Gadget Gifts for Men Outdoor Survival Camping Travel - edcfans Waterproof Container, Outdoor Survival Camping Hiking - 2 Packs Pill Keychain, Pill Case, Waterproof Pill Holder, Portable Pill Container, Aluminum Alloy, Single Chamber, Small Pocket Pill Box for Purse, Backpack, Medicine Bottle EDC for Outdoor Travel --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/219427834-pill-holder-keychain](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/219427834-pill-holder-keychain) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
