This product contains protein & ashwagandha along with essentials like Vitamin C, D & Zinc. I like this combination. Consider it like a meal enhancer if you're calorie deficient because its purpose is to help you gain weight. The taste is fine (moderate sweet). Hope they maintain the quality of the ingredients because, over time, Indian manufacturers of protein supplements tend to cheap out on quality.
