The Single Origin Sample Box contains a 6oz bag of Honduras Finca Los Tuneles, Sumatra Gayo Linge, and Ethiopia YirgZ. - FLAVOR PROFILES | The Honduras Finca Los Tuneles is a micro lot from Juan David Chavez’s farm in Marcala, Honduras. This coffee has a beautiful floral aroma and flavors of pear, strawberry and tropical fruit. The aftertaste has a delicate hazelnut quality. The Sumatra coffee comes from the 2,000 member Gayo Linge Co-op in the Aceh province of northern Sumatra. The cup is dominated by flavors of cocoa powder and chocolate syrup with earthy and piney undertones. It boasts a heavy, syrupy body and a sweet aftertaste that pleasantly lingers. The Ethiopia YirgZ comes from the Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia. The brewed cup pops with a bright lime acidity that is balanced by sweet apricot, stone fruit and honey. Although the body on this coffee is quite light and refreshing, flavors of cocoa and black tea manage to linger in the aftertaste. Too Light For Me. *by K***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2016* I know I LOVE Sumatra; Strong & Bold; and the 6oz Bag in this Trio Sample Pack looked like quality Beans from Indonesia. I didn't know if I like Ethiopia &/or Honduras Coffees; I decided to give them a Try. And Try I did. The Sumatra was Superb; GONE in 5 Days. It is very smoothe; and definitely can taste the sweet undertones of Chocolate & Raisins that are accented in the Bean Roasting Process.Unfortunately, The Ethiopian & Honduras had almost NO Taste to My Palate; even when I prepared each the 2nd time 1/2 & 1/2 w/the Sumatra;all I got was a Very Weak Coffee; Not even "Light". So, that's why the "3 Stars". I believe that One Village should Mention that these 2 are "VERY Light" roasts; not simply "Light".[And I do use 20-30mg per 6oz Cup that I prepare; Freshly Ground Whole Beans each Morning, for my French Press.]So; I have learned my lesson. Stick to What I know I like; No More Trying Larger Sample Bags; I'll stick to the 2oz Samples offered by other Vendors to do that; In search of another Strong, Bold Coffee Like the "Divine Sumatra" that I prefer. ### ⭐⭐ That's not a good thing.
