The colors are vibrant and fun to use with little to no smudging and they seem to dry quickly. The pens write extremely smoothly and at less than $1 per pen the value for the money is ideal. I have not experienced any leakage with any of the pens at this point but having purchased paper mate pens in the past, I have never had an issue with leaking.
