I am a bearded man and the large size fits perfectly over my beard. The soft cotton keeps the mask comfortable on the face. The filter pocket fits replacement filters perfectly. As of October 4th I’ve purchased 6 masks total and every single one has still held up through several wash cycles. It can be a little tight around the ears after a wash, but still not nearly as bad as some other masks that would actually start to give me rashes behind the ears. I have a 22 1/2" hat size (M/L by most hat sizing charts) as a relative face size indicator. For the 3 masks received, each is a slightly different size. The smallest fits quite snuggly, the mid-sized one fits perfectly and the largest size is a slightly looser fit. The poly/cotton blend material is very comfortable, easy to breath through, but somewhat porus/lightweight. I think the PM2.5 filter insert is needed for as long as Covid is lurking about. The filter insert does completely cover my nose and mouth when inserted properly. The back strap works well, to take pressure off the ear loops. Quality of construction seems pretty good. They fold-up nicely and easily fit in a zip lock sandwhich-size bag.
