Roller is fantastic for releasing muscle pain it really gets into the muscles and although painfull releases them 100% would recommend.

I bought this item to help with hip pain, which it did help.It is very hard and unforgiving though, so be prepared to work with it.Useful videos explain exactly what to do for various parts of the back, neck, hips, legs, etc.Definitely worth the money if you are prepared to put in a bit of effort!

If you actually need to use this don’t buy it as the inner tubing breaks pretty much straight away and it ends up in landfill. This is based off of buying a few (and returning as they always broke within the first 30 days with exception of the last one I bought because I wasn’t really using it it lasted past the 30 days so I could no longer return it). I’m a healthy weight so it’s not an overload thing. They are just not fit for purpose. I had one from the sane company that lasted for years that worked great so was hoping to buy the same as the tension of the product on the muscles is spot on but they must have changed the inner tubing.

I’m a slim build female. I used this only to roll my quads and calves. It worked well until it split inside a few weeks ago. It then fully collapsed today. Good product whilst it lasted. Only purchased it 4 months ago. Disappointed it broke so soon though.

Great tool for finishing back exercises. I have nothing to complain about, be careful, it's not soft foam, it's hard for other things than it's intended for.
