(comes in american, written in english) packaging?** A: Yes it is an American toy, I do see that someone is selling similar toys in Japanese writing. Buy from me and u will get a brand new toy. **Q: How do i contact the seller reguarding this toy?** A: Small pieces that can come off. **Q: Replacement parts? My son just opened it and the arm is missing.** A: Oh, No!! Amazon is good about replacing items that are broken or damaged, so that's the route I'd try. We ordered 2 or these for a couple of our grandsons, ages 2 and 4 at the time, and they LOVE this toy!! They got them for Christmas last year and they are still in one piece. Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful to you.
