## Description

Product Description desertcart Basics Metal Bed with Modern Industrial Design Headboard - 14 Inch Height for Under-Bed Storage - Wood Slats - Easy Assemble, Queen From the Manufacturer desertcart Basics

Review: Airbnb-Ready, Super Easy Setup & Looks Way More Expensive - This bed frame honestly surprised me in the best way. I ordered it for our Airbnb and was hoping for “good enough,” but it actually looks really sharp in the room. The industrial metal with the headboard gives it a clean, modern vibe that works with pretty much any decor. It definitely doesn’t look like a basic budget frame. Assembly was a breeze — and that’s saying something because I put it together myself and didn’t need to call my husband in for backup 😂 Everything lined up well, the instructions were clear, and it didn’t take long at all. It feels sturdy once it’s set up, and the wood slats are a nice touch. I also like the 14-inch height because it leaves room underneath if you need a little extra storage. Perfect for a guest space or rental where you want something that looks good, holds up, and doesn’t cost a fortune. Really happy with this one — great value and perfect for our Airbnb setup.
Review: Good for price (beware of Velcro headboard) - Overall, this is a good product for the price, it was easy to build by myself in a little over an hour. I’m giving it five stars because it is exactly as described, and a good product, but if I had noticed the Velcro headboards, I would have chosen another bed. When you add the pillows on it, you don’t really notice it, and it doesn’t detract from the sturdiness of the bed, it just looks tacky and cheap. Make sure you check reviews and all the images before purchasing! Learned my lesson.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the slats real solid wood or laminate?**
A: They are solid wood

**Q: Will a trundle bed fit under this? It gives the height clearance - but not the length. I need to know the distance of the inside leg to leg pleaes.**
A: The clearance between the legs is 73" on the long side and 48" on the short side, BUT there is another support post/leg dead-center of the bed. So you would only be able to store something that was half the size of the bed underneath.

**Q: Does it squeak?**
A: No it does not squeak.

**Q: Is there a middle slat on twin size? some q&a mention middle slat but i don't see it in pics. could it only be on the larger sizes and not the twin?**
A: Only familiar with Queen.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like it.
*by T***D on December 7, 2022*

When this arrived, the box was kind of beat up. Once we opened it, it did have some dings in it, but most of them were in areas that you won’t be able to see. There was one on the front side of the headboard, but I’m willing to live with it. I would say this product is what I would expect due to the low cost. It is certainly better than what we had in this bedroom before, which was just a mattress and box spring on a bed frame. It was quite easy to put together
