I’ve previously owned a Kitchen Aid heavy duty mixer, which was both fiddly and a bit large for my kitchen. This seemed to fit the bill for one that’s up to all home kitchen tasks, compact and easy to clean. It arrived on time and so far I’m happy with its robustness and versatility. It’s mixed baked, pizza and bread dough and pasta dough with no problem. It is far easier to clean than I’d expected and stores everything within itself, which really helps.
