The Wheelchair Friend is based on the Patented design of the Elbow Friend line of armrest comfort cushions, and extends it's reach to add sophisticated comfort to your wheelchair. These plush foam cushions will conform to your arms and elbows, giving you the extra support you need. Included are 2 Wheelchair Friend cushions that measure 10.5 x 3 x 2 inch each, 2 universal desk length armrest trays (10.5”) with universal mounting holes for 3-5/16, 5-1/2, 6 13/16 inch patterns, bolts to attach, and instructions. Please note you will have to remove your current bolted on armrest to replace with the included hardware. Also note that these armrests are 2 inches high, they will squish down under the weight of your arm, but still will be adding considerable height beyond just a standard wheelchair armrest. Also, the cushions are removable and as such, are less stable than a traditional wheelchair armrest, and should be removed for safer standing and sitting. Please take these cautions into consideration when making your purchase of Wheelchair Friend.

Love these so much that I got set for my electric chair too. provides so much relief especially after a good push. Good Quality. The construction of the arm mount is good, but the actual screw thread part needs a refined design. It is rather easy to over tighten and thus snapping the plastic - but still fantastic
