So decided to get ahead of the game and purchase it early in the season. So I haven't used it yet but in looking and feeling the quality of it I think it's going to be perfect! Seems to be very sturdy and the price was super reasonable. It arrived very quickly had I needed it right away. I used a 1” wide stretchable adhesive medical wrap at various points on the tree like in the picture, then overlapped that section (where I taped) again with paper. I am a very handy person and applied this per the directions but the product is very easy to tear so you are unable to wrap it tightly. It went on the trees ok but since it cannot be wrapped tightly it falls down when it gets wet from rain or snow, leaving the tree exposed.
