The plastic piece that can increase pressure over the injury point that can also be used as an eye cup. The removable z folded gauze that can be used to pack the wound. And the plastic sheet for chest seal. A few less items I have to pack in my kit.

This product is very versatile, can be used as a face dressing or as a combat dressing with the eye cup used to help apply pressure to the wounded area. I have several and they work flawlessly.
