Puig Touring Windscreen (Clear) for 11-16 BMW G650GS

Not that many choices for bike specific windshields for G650GS. The Puig windshield has two lengths; a short and long that can be selected. The short is the same as the OEM length. The long is about 4-5 inches longer (don’t have it in front of me). The fasteners make use of an Allen screw that threads from the top piece through the bottom part of the two-part windshield. I tightened them down to the point where I likely overdid it a bit and yet the windshield came loose on the road. I am sure it was entertaining watching me try to hang on to it before it flew away. I am likely going to get longer screws with nuts on the backend instead of their setup. For the price charged, I would expect it to not have to be a DIY project.
