It really should be called the Moroccan Sampler because Moroccan food is a blend of Indian & North African influences (amongst others) & is where you will find all of these great spice blends prevalent. None-the-less, these are great blends & I love that they come with a sheet containing a recipe suggestion for each of the spice blends. Tasty recipes!
