I bought these for a medical issue I have with my achilles. The yellow/blue insert felt fine at first but not for long. I had to add more material to increase the height. I wear these in a pair of tennis/athletic shoes. Then I went for a long walk and my achilles were aching by the time I finished. I had to go back to my old inserts.I have been wearing the blue inserts in another pair of tennis/athletic shoes and so far I'm doing okay.I just bought a new pair of athletic shoes and will be trying the light blue inserts in them. I'm really hoping these are my lifesaver. I guess I'll have to write an update once I wear them in my new shoes for a few days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great for my boots that were originally too high at the top *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2016* I bought these for a pair of boots that are too tall and the tops hit my knees when I walk. I'm glad I bought the combo pack so I could try both (instead of buying them separately) because at first the FullBorne seemed like the most likely one to fit in my women's boots, but it was actually the AirBaby that fit in my boots the best. (I'm sure I'll find some use in the future for the FullBorne as they are very comfortable.) The AirBaby makes it so my knee is inches above the top of my boots, allowing me to walk easier and it looks a lot better aesthetically too. I'm glad I found these and didn't have to return the boots! The comfort is so-so but I'm sitting at an office job most of the day so it's not a big deal. I wouldn't walk a mile in these, but the slight discomfort could be because my boots already have an inch heel on them so I'm adding even more height to an angled shoe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... on the top right give you a half-inch boost great for any low top shoes *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2016* The thinner ones shown on the top right give you a half-inch boost great for any low top shoes!! The two at the bottom are fairly thick & will give you about an inch or two & will only work for shoes that are high tops or have a lot of wiggle room to fit in. I can only fit the thick ones in boots and certain sneakers. I recommend buying them for that quick boost. I immediately gained some self-confidence right after trying them on. Went from shorty to normal height!!
